This trip is for TJM Sunbury customers only. We are plannig a trip for people more on the beginners side the scale. We have alot of customers that have been gearing up their vehcile and keen to start getting out and puyting their gear to use. This trip is for you.
There will be a mix of rocky and steep terrain in the first half of the trip and mud/bog holes in the second half. Depending on the experience of the group, we can make the bog holes as easy or as hard as desired. There will always be an easier path for those looking to gain confidence and a hard path for those looking to test themselves.
There will be several winches on our vehciles if we get stuck and a snatch trap would be a good item to have in the boggier sections.
We will meet at Gisborne McDonalds and head in to Carrols Lane from there. We will hit the Lerdederg side first to ease into the terrain then hit the bogholes in the Wombat side mid morning. We should be done by about 1-2PM. I havent planned a lunch break but we will stop several times to catch up and have a break during the day.
This will not be an extreme trip and again focused on more beginer skill levels. The trip will be limited to 10 vehciles to ensure we get through in good time and make sure all vehciles are safe so first in best dressed. We will completeing more trips in the coming months so dont stress if you miss this trip.
