So this is a training session for Keith to learn 4wding with his camper  trailer.  We will be doing a few tracks in Bunyip.

      so...The plan is.... to do the "normal" tracks in bunyip but i'll be towing my camper...

      I have all the recovery gear i need and the point is to see if i'll need it..... next training session will be a mini tour.... possibly from Walhalla to Dargo

      Hi keith...thinking about coming on Sunday as i do intend to do the cape with you guys but i cant find a hungry jacks in bunyip ? You dont mean the big petrol station at longworry or packenham ?

      ok...i'm quite amazed at the interest in this trip..... Its basically to help me decide whether to take the camper to the cape or to tent it.... but at least it should be a laugh if i get stuck a lot.

      Yes it will be a laugh & i reckon that you will get stuck @ some stage, in fact i reckon i know the right track that you will get stuck on LOL..

      LOL....Rob..... Yes i Expect to get stuck.... I'm thinking Andersons but not the 1st obstacle.... maybe the 2nd where a few weeks ago we had to pull close to 10 cars through.... and maybe going UP Gentle Annie......Nash should Interesting depending on which way we go....

      I'm hoping (if time permits) to do all 3 both ways

      Yes that would be funny. But the track i was talking about was Bullock link through the Mud Pit..
      This trip i will be bringing the Zook so i will be giving the bog hole on Anderson a good crack..

      I think Bullock link track would be too much for Keith with a camper. I suggest the trip organiser should decide which tracks they should try, as the trip Title suggested, this trip is for preparing the Cape trip. It will not be a good outcome if the camper is damaged.

      Looking at Easy hill climbs, maybe a steepish descent. But at the cape is sand, mud and deep creek crossings. Some of the skills Keith needs to learn is to reverse down a tight track,

      Yeah Kelvin i do like Bullock but for a boys day out as it could undoutably end up some damage of some sort,
      But not for taking a Trailer through there..

      have hema app but that is not a turn by turn navigator.

      I have using the Hema APP it's a good APP i have also been using the VMS GPS as well.

      OK last minute confirmations..... Meet up at the servo on princes Hwy where the speed limit changes and the turn off (on to Labatouche rd)
      Meet up time is 10am (try not to be late.. we will wait for people that have checked in)

      CB channel will be 13 as i know Louie only has 40 channels. (would like to know if anyone else is limited)
      Make sure you bring something for lunch.

      Have a fun day and make sure you laugh when i get the trailer stuck. :)
