The plan is loose, to leave Melbourne during Cape York's dry season. This has been on the bucket list for a long time. Life is short and if I don't do it soon I never will. I have 10 months to prep. Ideally this trip would require a commitment from Victorian-based people so we can meet and greet prior to the trip and also to assist in pre-planning. I'll be travelling in a Defender. Vehicle numbers limited to 5. 

If you have a sense of adventure, want to live life before you're old and decrepit and have always wanted to do the Tele put you're name down and let's start talking about this, Australia's most iconic trip. I'll be taking the Old Telle so yes Gunshot is on the list. I would also like to head out to Thursday Island for the day etc. I will also be fishing at every opportunity.
