Winter is approaching and at the first sign of a deep snow dump I reckon an overnight trip is well overdue. Might even camp above the snowline if possible for some great photos in the morning.
Nothing is fixed about this trip its highly weather dependent and the date will be firmed up with only a day or twos notice I expect.
This will be an overnight trip please do not join if you only want a day trip and leave the space for someone committing to an overnighter.
A working winch and basic recovery gear is a minimum, food and fuel and shelter and clothing appropriate for the conditions.
My 80 Series does have a tendency to revert to 2WD when it gets slippery I'll work on fixing that before we go, natch.
No kids, no pets, this will be in all probability a cold and wet one so be prepared :-)
Rated medium, if we're lucky it might be hard.....
PLEASE BRING A BAG OR TWO OF SPLIT DRY WOOD FOR A POSSIBLE EVENING FIRE AS FORAGING OPPORTIUNITES FOR DRY WOOD WILL BE LIMITED
