An explore and good camping in a difficult area. I've done the Pyrenees area but not Mt Cole before. This trip is strictly for people willing to go just about anywhere within reason because I don't know what we'll find and it could be wet. You can join on Saturday morning if that works for you. We'll be leaving camp at 9am.

Minimum requirements are.. 33s, a diff lock, 2" lift, winch, recovery points and kit. Bring your chainsaw if you have it.

I can't find anything mentioning the works. I've got a review and a few photos from two weeks ago on Google. I'll call Parks on Monday. 👍

I've been wanting to go back to Mt Cole with the Patrol since last year! Can't make a trip work damn it.. Unfortunately I'm busy again next weekend.

Hey guys, just let you know if you want to drive an awesome track which go under a big log, you may want to keep your roofrack clear or you will not be able to get through unless you start dropping tyre pressure or dig the ground. After the log, it's an awesome climb.

Thanks for the heads-up Kelvin. I'll leave my awning off the roof rack, but I'm counting on you to bring that gazebo of yours.

I'll let you know if the camp location has changed later today.

just wondering then if my car will fit with a 4 inch lift on 35s. id have to take the roof rack off completely or is there a chicken track in that section.

Hi Folks,

I wouldn't go to too much effort for this track. If we don't fit, we don't have to do it. We'll be cruising around this area and the Pyrenees, so there are heaps of tracks to choose from.

And I've just confirmed with Department of Environment that the campground has been reopened.

We can make the call on Sat... no stress.. I am 35 on 4" lift... can just fitted the with big roof rack

I’m keen to have strangers try my camp oven damper as well. Family and friend always say it nice, hopefully total strangers wit say it’s crap if it crap.

Nice one Joe! You'll love them. The install requires drilling the rear lower shock mount, so there is no going back. Look up the install manual to see what I mean.

Did you find the screw driver pieces from my toolkit by any chance?
