Long Weekend Overnighter EASY / MEDIUM

Hey guys doing an overnight trip from Saturday till Sunday afternoon. We will be entering off Big River Rd making our way over to Walhalla. I am a first time leader but Gaz has kindly offered to help me out. The drive will be a fairly moderate drive with a few challenging tracks depending on weather. We will be camping in the woods point area for the night, the location will be depending on how busy it is. If the weather is right we may encounter some snow on the peaks. Happy to take ideas and alter the tracks depending on who is keen.

Hi Nick,

No winch wouldn't be to much of an issue. Just have to slot you in between people that do in case. What tyres are on your navara?

Hey guys just letting everyone know that we will be meeting in the car park opposite the shell servo in Warburton (it’s the entry to the football club) @ 8 30. The servo opens at 7 so I will be filing up there. We have mapped out a good drive for Saturday. For those that want to continue on we will leaving woods point on Sunday morning heading for Walhalla Area. I am to be heading out of Walhalla late Sunday arvo. Please nsure that everyone has there gear checked so that we hopefully don’t encounter to many issues. If anyone needs to know anything just shout out. I don’t have chainsaw but if someone has one can they let me know. If not I’ll make sure I pick one up this week. Looking forward to getting away for a good trip.

hey mate, from my intake its a parking across shell station in Warbuton.

The shell petrol station is named snowview service station on google. Just look for a very odd looking gold big Gu patrol with plastic wrap on it.
