Sorry but you need a winch because it's safest to have your own and I've seen lots of people burn their winches out for other people and don't get any reimbursement. And I believe it's an essential tool that determines how serious you are about the hobby.

Hi Jason, thanks for the consideration, can't agree with you more, unfortunately for my car there aren't kits straight of the shelf and everything is custom, I do have a winch, just looking for someone to customise a supporting bar. Cheers

Look up a company called Asfir.com .
The Australian distributor is Pedders Australia.
If you are lucky , they may be able to bring in a winch bracket (with their next delivery cycle)that will sit behind your factory bumper bar.
If you want to do the job and you live in the west side - I can intro you to a fabricator that can custom make one too.
What's the fabricator details?
