Anyone interested to hit some tracks at Wombat? I haven't been to Wombat since the 90s so I don't remember the area but have keen to go back. I'm open to suggestions.

If your after deep ruts and holes go in via Bullengarook side, carrolls lane, but if you want to explore a bit go in via Blackwood, along Lederderg rd there a lot of tracks that criss cross the river etc. If you grab a map there are plenty of old mine sites in the area which are good to go exploring, can find a few interesting tracks around there (not hard). Back of Dales Creek area is ok to, nothing hard, all easy/med stuff really.

Nuggetty & Ratcliffe tracks the first ones me and my mate did on my vid:

These tracks are boring and easy, insane hill climb off XL Track, but seriously overkill, but is an offshoot to the track. Andersons Mill Track is just bog holes, pretty horrible. Did these in my old Cherokee KJ. Lots to explore on Blackwood, but you'll end up with scratches

Nice video! I'd love to join but just came back from a huge trip from QLD and it's time for some servicing and maintenance and new tyres lol.. I don't think it'll be ready for this trip.

I see it says winch required! I don't have one but have recovery kit and I'm running 33" AT's and a 3" lift would that be alright or no?

I was contemplating the quarry as the meeting point so let's lock that in. I'll update the trip details accordingly. Thanks for the link which may prove useful to others
