Our aim is to break the world record for The Largest Gathering Of 4WD Vehicles At One Location to raise funds for a much needed upgrade to our hall.
Featuring ‘THE TIM FARREN BAND’ Saturday Night

- Swap Meet stalls featuring 4x4 & camping
- Displays, Show & Shine

- Kids Zone
Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd April 2017 at the State Motorcycling Complex, Broadford, Victoria.
This event is featuring as the main fundraiser for the 1st Kilmore Scout Group in 2017.

I heard about the money earlier, but the online ticket purchase is a turnoff for me too. Camping, online bookings only that I just read now, I am not impressed with at all. If the tickets sell out, and people don't show up for whatever reason, thats a place out of the running. A bit unfair to many that are on low income and need time to save too. But it is for Kilmore, and most people from Kilmore can be very arrogant, I know because I lived there.

$150 for a family is a bit steep considering its a) a gathering, b) tim farren band tickets are usually sub $10 and c) camp fees at the venue are usually $10 per vehicle. Even the 4x4 expo is only $30 per adult for 2 days and kids are free.

I'm out. Its too expensive in my opinion and i don't like the online purchase of tickets. $150 is bloody ridiculous....for what exactly..... camping and a bit of music.
I think I'll spend it free camping and listening to my ipod with a few friends.

What is this record break? Who has set the previous record? What is the current record or are you tring to be the 1st?
Is it on sat or sun this record attempt?
These retail 4x4 stands and stalls are they reputable brands and shops (like the big 4x4 shows) or local mama pops?
