Toolangi Mixed Tracks! Sunday Funday MEDIUM

Toolangi/Buxton, VIC

See more trips

If Trip Is Full Please Don't Just Turn Up! Reason we are keeping this a small convoy trip is some of these tracks are very tight and not alot of room for big convoys. Plus don't like 20+ cars on a trip.

NO TYRES BIGGER THEN 35"

Hey guys, going through your profiles I have noticed some of you are running 37" tyres. Due to the weather and tracks I do ask that no-one comes on tyres bigger then 35" as you will end up chewing the tracks for other 4x4 enthusiasts. I hope this isn't to big a issue. Cheers guys!

Gday mate I'm running 37 inch tyres but I don't drive with my right foot to the floor and I'm twin locked also bead locked so I run lower tyre pressures. So I believe I would do less damage to the tracks than some one running 33 or 35 in an open diff / traction control car. But if you still have an issue no stress let me know and I'll pull out.

Cheers

That's fine then mate :) that's what I was worried about big tyres and bad right foot habits means chewed tracks and harder for us guys on 33" haha. Happy to have you along

2nd what has been said, Matt will do less damage than most...
Its more to do with driving skill than tyre size...
apparently size doesn't matter...

Thanks to Jesse for hosting an epic day. Thanks also to everyone else who helped with my 2 x winching episodes and a busted wheel. Pleased to report i now have a death wobble at over 60kph. Probably deserve it 😂
25 Sep 2016
Matt (Matt86)
Gday Dennis I would say more than likely your death woubble will be mud ect inside your tyre nothing major just take it down to a tyre shop and get them to pop it off clean it out and rebalance it.
Cheers
