As I am helping Mark (Park_Ranger) with his Beginners Trip on Oct 10th, I have decided to head up there this Saturday to check the condition of some of the tracks we have planned for his trip just to make sure they will be suitable for the beginners who are joining us that day. Other reason being I am getting sick of my Paj 'busting my chops' asking when we are going 4wding again......

This trip is probably not suitable for those who are looking to drive some of the more challenging tracks in the area, but will cater for those who either have never been to Toolangi before, have reasonably standard vehicles, or are just content to put the vehicle in 4wd and enjoy a few hours out in the bush.

This will not be a huge day, as I would like to be heading home by 3.00pm.

Good to see we have a few starters for this trip even with such short notice. Again, it wont be anything difficult; just a reccy trip for Mark's upcoming trip.

BTW, I'll be at the bakery about 9am for my mandatory 'coffee fix'. Look forward to meeting all you folks on Saturday.

Good to see this trip now FULL, & lets hope we all have an enjoyable day. Weather is looking quite good & hopefully after the few showers this week we will have NO DUST out on the tracks.

One thing i look up the meeting spot its seams far from any bush just wanna make sure i got the right spot. Is it near the yarra geln Memorial hall?
