Hi All - I have moved Date to Sunday 15th Nov as per today's announcement Travel Restriction will be lifted 8st Nov.
Get your cars ready for some fun (hopefully the winter gate closures will also re-open)

I have a new shiny 4wd (sold my Ranger) and keen to get it out on the track.
This will be a Medium Drive as I want to get a feel for the car (and don't want to scratch my new toy).

I plan to do the tracks around the Northern area of Toolangi
Lunch under the powerlines.

COVID Plan - Max 10 people on trip and must maintain social distancing

NOTE - I have no idea about how the conditions are given the lack of access for the past 6 months.

There is a chance that the 25km radius limit and not leaving metropolitan Melbourne restrictions might still stay. in that case, this would be off the limits for me

I am in the same boat Jack so Fingers Crossed the limit will be lifted. The current plan is for 1st Nov, there is a chance this Sunday may see things brought forward a week.

don't want to put a downer on hopes that the trip can go ahead but even IF some restrictions are lifted this Sunday the restrictions on travel into regional Victoria will almost definitely still be in place so only those in regional vic will be allowed to attend.
I live in the Dandenong ranges and the police check points in the area are massive to stop people traveling to tourist spots so traveling out of metro Melbourne will be a very slim chance

plus Wee Creek Track, Eagles Nest Track, Unnamed between Gutter Creek and Criss Cross, Downies Road, Luke Creek No 1 and 2 Tracks, Campsite Track. I wimped out from there as the lads were heading up Lyndell's. Nigel drove up Lyndell's like it was nothing :)
