Hi.
I am looking at going to the Vic High Country next week and was wondering if anyone can tell me the conditions of the tracks and camp sites in the Dargo, Bright, Talbotville, areas please.
I have a Ranger with AT's and 2 inch lift. No winch.
Cheers.

All the tracks out that way are relatively easy and in good condition. As for campsites plenty of nice spots on Buckland rd just out of bright. If you want something with a view can stay on kings plain track (off dargo high plains rd opposite blue rag) up the top opposite Hotham, great views only problem is you have 4g phone reception or can follow the track down into mayford which is a nice spot and generally very quite, only problem is the valley floor can get a bit boggy if wet. If wanting something private there are a few small campsites scattered along crocked river track
