Sounds like a ripper trip Alex, I reckon you'll need to do one every weekend looking at the interest.
That Mt Joan staircase doesn't look too bad, is it similar to Herne spur?

A minute or two and you're down. I've seen cars really struggle to get up it while waiting at the top to go down so we're going down as its much easier I've never failed to get down a hill yet lol.
