Just did a diff/transfer oil change following our recent trip and with several coming up. Discovered the transfer fluid was nearly dry. Could've resulted in severe bearing damage on the trip next weekend.

Prevention is better than the cure. Always check over your vehicle after a hard day offroading.

Time to fix a oil leak me thinks, or look at it like a Landy owner, self lubricating and rust provention, continual oil change so the oil never gets dirty and finally keep a eye on it because if there are no more leaks it is out of oil
