Has anyone wired up a light bar on a system that runs what seams to be a switching Ground?
Are you running it through a relay?

Try swapping the positive and negative around on the relay. Sometimes they are stupid and start working.
I will give it a crack & let you know how it goes.
I found out the problem it apperes that it is Negitively switched.
