Starting in dargo, finishing at the Thomson dam wall. Cars must be set up with good tyres (good condition), raised suspension, good working winch, a full recovery kit and enough fuel for 2 full days of driving. We will be in the high country in winter for 2 days, it will be cold so pack accordingly.
Note: there will be plenty of hill climb so I would recommend not to carry too heavy items on your roof. Rooftop tent is not preferable but if you think your truck is capable enough, it should be fine. Also, there may be some deep water crossing. I don't normally like deep water crossing but if we have no choice, we may have to cross them. So make sure you have snorkel and they are water tight. Double check your winch and see if it's in good condition. Check all the recovery gear, and inspect your vehicle.
