Hi team,

i was planning a solo trip to the High Country but thought it would be good to open it up to you all. 

I haven’t planned much as yet but know I’ll start from Omeo and just drive! Hope toncamp atop Mt Pinnabar if the weather is ok for a night. Other than that, I’m happy to share the planning, share ideas, let others lead and just have a chilled tour around. 

Im easy going and my last couple of trips that peeps went on were happy to help with the planning. 

So if you want to jump aboard, have a good look around at some tracks that aren’t travelled as much, let me know. 

Weather might make things a little interesting so having others will be good.

Hi Mark,
Just realized this was for the coming weekend. A bit short notice to take leave especially after the long Easter brake.

Long story..... But
I had it sitting for over a week while I installed new rear rotors and brakes etc.. And wouldn't start after that. Jump started ok (second battery was flat also) . Used it for 1 week then sat again for 2 weeks while I installed new suspension and tie rod arms etc.. And again it would not start (seconds battery flat again). Got a new battery and it started giving me earth issues.. Fixed the earth connection at the battery and then the sub tank light started coming on. Reset it multiple times and comes on again (usually means earth issues)! And I thought better be safe than go on a trip with electrical issues (I was thinking alternator or something worse)

But turned out that everything was good (as far as I could see) except the sub tank module gave up straight after new battery (weired). I took half the dash apart to reach the module and it had broken mount and missing screws that mount it to the dash and broken plastic (potentially dust got in the electronics as the box was broken) Bypassed it and all seems sweet so far... The battery is charging etc..
