We'll be slicing the high country in half, taking all the seasonally open trails available to us. The scenery will be incredible, it'll be cold, there will be snow and you will remember the trip. It'll be around 125-150kms of massive mountains between fuel, so you'll need to be prepared. Please arrive friday night if possible so you have a good night sleep and you aren't over driving by saturday arvo. Pack your chainsaw. Inspect your car properly. We should be in Bright in time for a morning coffee Sunday.
Note - this trip will be slightly faster paced than usual because of the distance we need to travel. If you like to drive in second gear at exactly 1500RPM all the time, this won't be your ideal trip. I'm not saying we'll be flying but it's not a leisurely stroll.
