Want to go see the old weir on the Mitchell river just out of Bairnsdale. From here will head towards Avon wilderness area for the night and hopefully finish on lake glenmaggie. Trip will be a medium but haven't done a few of the tracks but they should be fine. A snorkel and winch is recommend and some lift, decent all terrain tyres and full recovery kit is a must

Sorted the meeting point. Can't miss it, as you drive into heyfield stay on the main road and there is a big park on the right hand side just before the service station. I will try be there a little earlier
