We are 3 blokes, Sri Lanka, German and Irish heading up to Cape in June, We currently have two 4wds going and looking for anyone else who wants to join.
Things to note:
- We will be taking the OTT going up and PDR on the way back
- We have a strict 3 weeks to do this due to work
- Drive up will the slow with lots of short drives each day
- Drive down will be not as slow with longer drives each day
- Majority of this will be camping with the exception of Cooktown. But you can camp there and join is the next day
Oof! we don't want to take the OTT, can we still join.
Yes of course! if you want to join you can
- Come with us to Barmwell and take the PDR to cape. You'll probably get there before us
- Join us at any part of the trip.
- Join us just for the OTT
Do I need a winch.
Short answer 'No'
- The two cars already going are equipped with a Winch. But you will 110% need recovery points to do the OTT with us
