Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone her knew any 4WD Recovery businesses beyond what can be found thru Google. I've already contacted 4WD Recovery Yarra Glen and have a guy in Jamieson, but I thought I'd give it a go in here to see if there anyone else out there.

The car is near Big Bend Creek Campground, got the right hand side caught in a quagmire. Tried with the two other vehicles travelling with us that day but didn't succeed, it's a winching job.

Any leads will be greatly appreciated.

Hey mate try Reidy’s Recovery, the guys name is Ben has a uni mog and covers that area.

Thanks Anthony, Kelvin and Carmelo for the leads and the good thoughts. It’s so frustrating having to leave it behind! I reckon it’s a simple straight winch pull, move just a meter out and it’s all done.

Let us know how you go.
Depending how deep stuck you are, just a thought, can you chock your wheels with any rocks or branches along with any spare rope or snatch straps to just get you over the 2-3mm hurdle.
