Hi All,

Just a quick report on the above trip which went really well. Firstly good old Stve (Reef Master) was about and hour late to the meeting point as his GPS took him the longest way possible by the sounds of it. We ended up going without him and met him at the start of the tracks near Cathedral Ranges.  First track we did was a logging truck loop which is steep, rutty, fun and at the top it has a great view looking over to Jaw Bone ridge. After this we cut over to Rubicon on a track which is flat but a little technical,  slow and steady gets you through with the right lines. After Rubicon we headed up Herbs Track to the look out which had been cleared only recently so we had almost un irrupted views down to lake Eildon, after that we headed to Mount Torbreck which is 1180m above sea level, a beautiful area and well worth going too.

The day went well, there was both familiar and new faces on this trip which is what it is all about, catching up with good people again and meeting more good people. I look forward to seeing everyone again on the next one.
