Plan to do some tracks I havnt done for a while, hopefuly they havnt changed much. Bring some lunch and snacks and basic recovery gear.

All Terrain tyres or better required, it will be wet were im going.

Personally l dont like to go deeper than my hubs but there will be deeper holes if you choose to do them.

Yep it intersects with Gisborne-Bacchus marsh road. Coming from Gisborne heading west toward Bacchus it's about 10 minutes drive.
