Tallarook beginner trip 27th Feb EASY / MEDIUM

Tallarook, VIC

Just a nice Saturday Drive around Tallarook for beginners. So fuel up pack up some food and drinks for lunch and meet up at the two CFA water tanks at the Corner of Horans Track and Broadford Flowerdale Road at 10am. We will be stopping for lunch along the way. Mark (Yarra_Ranger) has kindly offered his assitance on the day. Looking forward to meeting you all on the day.  I  HAVE UPGRADED THE TRIP TO EASY/MEDIUM With the goup of cars that has assembled for this trip I want to go Looking at trying some Harder/steeper tracks, with all of your cars they are more than capable of handling that.

    I'm happy to run a 2nd group and meet up for lunch. I don't know the area well enough to set up a loop myself but I see you've already worked out the tracks and made the loop.

    Big Kev, are you happy with with that? I can post another trip or you can extend your trip numbers (by 5, Me + 4) to make a second group?

    Day 1 Friday Afternoon: For those that wish to camp Friday and or Saturday the plan is to meet up Friday at around 5pm at the air down point, We then drive to the Reservoir, set up camp. Day 2 Saturday Morning: Meet up at the air down point at 10am to meet those on James's trip. James's Group goes his way, We go ours and meet for lunch on the tracks.
    My son Christopher is bringing a yabbie net. Now because we have Kids travelling we may need move camp to Freemans Saturday night for it has a toilet for the Kids.

    had a great time today . nice to meet every body . as a beginner I got to push the truck into situations I was uncomfortable with an the truck and I came through with out a problem. Great trip for a beginner Kevin
