no worries i rated this trip medium to hard as some of the tracks that i have been told to have a look at are rated 2x diamond but the others are about medium
i would also say take bathers just in case its warm and we find a creek or something

we would be leaving the meeting point Gisborne's The Gardiner Reserve at about 8 have a pre brief of whats going on and make sure we got fuel ect then head off bush as its only about 15 mins tops to get into the state forest from the meeting point

PLEASE READ:
there are supposedly alot of police out tomorrow so people with 35's and even if you have big lifts please just be careful we might even air down before we leave the meeting point so we dont run into any trouble. i would love for everyone to come but please be advised that there are going to be police and you could have a chance of getting a defect if your car is heavily modified

Im keen for a drive but going to be honest and say 7 is a bit early for me. Can get in the forest about 9, if you are on channel and know what track your headed to first I can catch up. Was in there last week and the place is dry,

yeh no worries love for you to come along we'll most likely be on channel 12 a couple of the tracks i have been told to have a look at are:

Diggers track
Native Cat Track
Frenchman Track

thats just more of an idea i got told that there good i've never been out wombat before so would also love to try out other tracks that people on the trip recon would be good to try out

Hey Shannon do you which track you are hitting first as I live on the edge of the wombat so it would be better to meet in there if the cops are sniffing around, I can air down at home and drive straight in.

yeh no worries guys i dont expect you to come out and get defected not worth the risk and dont want you to stuff your next 4x4in outing.
ok so from gisborne we'll be leaving from dixon field reserve then turning right towards wombat forest then we'll be going onto carrolls lane then we'll be turning onto firth rd then we'll be going on obrien track and then turn right to what ever that tracks is to tack on diggers tack then go back onto obrien track turn right and go towards XL track the going to the top of that and turn right onto chettle rd then left onto amblers track.
i dont have detailed maps which is why i got the main tracks but will be getting a detailed map and working it out as we go thats just a guideline on were going to go well something like that but will be having drivers brief in the morning and we'll work it out together on where we want to go
